Refund Policy
Last Updated: February 2025
Eligibility
Refunds apply strictly to the original deposit amount. If any profit has been credited to the user's account during the active period, that profit will be fully reversed before the refund is issued. Refunds are not applicable to bonuses, promotional credits, or earnings generated during the service usage period.
Processing Time
All refund requests undergo a processing period of 3–7 business days. In cases requiring deeper verification, financial audits, or compliance review, the processing period may extend up to 14 business days. Users will receive email notifications at every stage of the review process.
Fees
A standard 2% processing fee is deducted from every refund request. This covers banking charges, gateway fees, technical handling, and administrative operations required to complete the refund securely and efficiently.
Verification
All refund requests require mandatory KYC verification, including identity validation, payment method verification, and cross-checking against fraudulent activity patterns. Refunds may be paused until all required documents are successfully reviewed and approved by our compliance department.
Fraud Protection
If any suspicious or abnormal activity is detected—such as rapid deposits and withdrawals, multiple account linkages, unauthorized access indications, or violation of platform rules—the company reserves full rights to delay, investigate, or permanently reject the refund request to ensure platform safety.
Disputes
If a user disagrees with a refund decision, our dispute resolution team is available 24/7. All complaints are handled through a structured review system that ensures fairness, transparency, and complete documentation throughout the resolution process.
